Motorcycle/ATV
Trail
Black OHV
(Manchester State
Forest)
Trail Map
Description:
After a ride of
approximately 4.5 miles on the Red Trail you will come to the start
of the very tight and twisting single track Black Trail. Due to its
tightness, this is a motorcycle only trail, which experienced
riders will find a challenge and beginners very frustrating. The trail surface is a mixture of dirt and sand,
which if overused may be closed to allow for recovery. Also, during
wet weather there may soft spots and standing water,
which may require the trail to
be closed for maintenance and repairs,
so please wait
for drier conditions to avoid damage,
Since pine straw is being harvested in this area, don't leave the marked
trail or take short cuts.
