Summary:
There are six hike/bike trails within the Edisto Beach State Park and one bike trail that leads from the park to the oceanfront town of Edisto and the beach area of the park. The Forest Loop trail is a half-mile trail with a natural soft surface.
This .5-mile trail, with a natural soft surface, takes you through the interior of the maritime forest. Edisto Island’s live oak, hanging Spanish moss and palmetto trees can be easily seen along the quieter, less maintained Forest Loop Trail. There are seven trails within Edisto Beach State Park.

Directions:From Highway 17: Take Hwy 174, 28 miles to entrance of the town of Edisto Beach. As you enter the town limits, the entrance to the park will be on your left.
