Meadow Falls is a hidden treasure located in the Clemson Experimental North Forest.
Meadow Falls can be found by hiking down from R.C. Edwards School Road, you will come across a Meadow Falls sign and then you are getting close to the tranquil waterfall area. At the bottom, the remains of a grist mill structure is visible, as well as plenty of area to roam around.
Hours: Dawn to dusk
Directions:From Clemson: Drive on College Avenue towards Hwy 123. Cross Hwy 123 and continue straight for 2.6 miles, then turn LEFT on R.C. Edwards School Road. Drive 2000 feet and pull off at a gated dirt road on the left.

There is little, to no, parking. Its the cow-gates on the left. Don't block the gate, research assistants and the guys cutting the grass have to use this entrance. The above hiking directions are a bit simplified. 1) Park, walk around gate and walk through the meadow. There is a signboard with fairly nebulous directions. 2) The trail ends at a gated Clemson facility, walk around to the right about 45 degrees. You will end up in the woods. 3) Follow the trail downhill, when the option to go left or right reveals itself, go right. 4) The stream will be down hill to your right, follow over two bridges. Before and after the 2nd bridge there are trail-markers from Clemson. 5) Just AFTER the 2nd bridge, go right towards "Blue Hole". The waterfalls will be downstream within 100 yards. Great little fall , perfect for kids. Great for adults.
