Summary:
Southern Wesleyan University's mountain bike and hiking trails are fast and flowy, machine made, single track trails with something for every ability level.
SWU has an excellent trail system with beginner and intermediate trails. The yellow trail is a little over a mile. The blue trail is 2.2 miles and the red trail is 2.9 miles, and is the most difficult. The trails are great for mountain biking, running and hiking. They are very well-maintained with the leaves consistently cleared during fall and winter months.. There's also a skills course at the trailhead.
Difficulty: Easy to Moderate
Directions:Enter Southern Wesleyan at the main entrance along S.C. Highway 93 at Clayton Street, then keep following Clayton to the end of the pavement, turning left onto a gravel road to the trailhead and parking area.
