Summary:
The Tom Miller Trail is a peaceful connector from the Raven Cliff Falls parking area to the Silver Steps parking area, which was added along with the re-routed Tom Miller Trail in 2020.
The recently re-routed Tom Miller Trail is a less-than-half-mile connector from the Raven Cliff Falls parking area to the Silver Steps parking area, near Caesars Head. The new re-route is much less strenuous than the previous uphill trail — it's now a very nice-and-easy nature trail. Registering with the park before using these trails is mandatory. The trails close one hour before dark, year round.

The text says quarter mile trail, but the length says 0.7 miles. The latter seems to be the more correct of the two, as it took 30 minutes or so ascending.
