Victor Park is operated by the City of Greer Parks and Recreation. The park consists of Victor Gym and Victor Field. The gym is the central location for the department's Summer Adventure Camp, Senior Programs, Creative Advancement After school Programs, basketball and volleyball. It is adjacent to Victor Field which opened for play in 2009. There is also a looped walking path that circles the ball field.
