Summary:
Woodland Park is operated by the City of Columbia and offers many different types of outdoor recreational activities, as well as a community center with a gymnasium. The facility offers a ball field, tennis courts, a nice playground area and a looped walking trail.
Woodland Park has tennis courts, picnic tables, a baseball diamond, a playground as well as a walking path and community center. The playground has been renovated recently—the play equipment is in excellent condition. This is a very neat play structure with lots of different climbing activities. The area is not shaded very well, but the surrounding grassy area has plenty of shade, including the swings which are separate from the rest of the play structure. Water and restrooms are available in the community center as well as a gymnasium. The community center has computers with internet access.
