Calhoun Falls State Park sits along several pine-covered points extending out into sparsely-developed Lake Russell. Day-use activities include short, easy nature trails, tennis courts, seasonal swimming and fishing. The park also attracts various events year round, including fishing tournaments and the popular South Carolina Campground Cookoff. Calhoun Falls also features a moderately difficult 1.75-mile loop trail, named the Cedar Bluff Nature Trail.

Directions:From Highway 72: Take Hwy. 81 N. at the intersection in Calhoun Falls. Proceed approximately one mile, the park will be on the left.
From I-85:Take exit 19 to Hwy. 76 S. Go approximately two miles and take the Hwy 28 bypass. Continue approximately five miles and turn onto Hwy 81 S. for approximately 30 miles The park entrance will be on the right.
